    Hi Dave, I revisited your video because i truly appreciate your simple and educated approach. Does Cremant goes through the riddling process also? Same as champagne? I love sparkling wine

    Hi Dave, I had Cremant wine on different occasions, and I notice the some had a bit of a pinkish color even though they weren’t rose.

    Hi Nick: My guess it was a Cremant d Alsace. Those are generally Pinot Noir and can be pinkish. Maybe? Dave

    🤔 so it doesn’t mean creamy? recently got into sparkling wine and just picked up my first bottle of cremant for tonight. I’ve seen it before and always thought it meant creamy

    Hi Roger: Thanks for watching and for the question. Cremant really doesn’t translate to anything. It’s possible that it would, vaguely be associated with “creamy”, it’s possible, I’ve just not experienced it used in that way. Good stuff, Cheers, Dave
