Fogerty has one of the best voices in Rock and Roll
You are a live wire, sir. So fun to watch this music vibrate your central nervous system.
I am a 70 year old bloke and I get a kick out of your reactions man, you get involved and this tune is full of groove, it just grooves along. We used to listen to this when it came out, with a little help from some herbal remedy, which was very good back in the day.
CCR rocks, great reaction bud! You should try their song “ Born on the Bayou,” another great jam!!! ✌🏻
Thanks for playing the long (real) version! You don't hear it much on reaction videos and so miss out on some killer jamming.
Born on the Bayou is an awesome tune by them.
I am dancing with you Hector!!!!!!

Try Edwin Starr War and Rocky Mountain Way by Joe Walsh
In the late 60's we'd have parties where you moved all the furniture (except for the giant stereo) out to the back patio, remove the rug and dance for HOURS to CCR. It was epic! 👍❤🤙
Also, Fogerty is one of those guitarists who's tone you can instantly recognize when you heard it. A mark of a great guitarist.
Dude, don't YOU ever change! At first, thought you were hamming it up as they say, faking it if you will but I'm convinced you're not. You just continue to do you, and we're thoroughly having a laugh right along with ya.

Yeah, I do kinda wish I could turn it off but impossibility. But saying that there are some songs that cause hyperfocus Hector, not many but a handful!
Must watch them live, to see John sing AND play the guitar. If he's not a GOAT he's at least a GOD. "I Put a Spell on You" will slay you.
Mark, you are this channel! YOU are what makes watching your reactions brill! Don’t listen to those haters, they’re for laters and alligators! Keep on keeping on. Rock on !🎉
Yer IN it now, Brother!!! Ya gotta do "I Put A Spell On You" next! Keep the AWESOME reactions coming and NEVER stop being YOU!
Their masterpiece. “I will never quit brain squeeze reactions.” Well said, and we’re grateful. All the best always. Imagine how fortunate us old folks are, growing up with, Floyd, Zeppy, Sabbath, etc. etc. “you be yourself.” Indeed. “Fuc them.”
Your energy is just so contagious!! My spirits are completely lifted now ☺️☺️☺️ loved every single second of this...except the intro, too long 🤣🤣🤣 you can talk for hours and I wouldn't care one bit. Watching again cuz I just loved this!!! CCR is awesome...a few for your list....Have You Ever Seen the Rain, Born on the Bayou, Down on the Corner, Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising I will definitely play for the little man and send the video 😁 #BeYourself
Sittin here in an old CCR tee shirt, come across you reacting to this, Blowin my mind 💥🇺🇲
Another awesome reaction to another iconic band 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve had a really, REALLY shitty day, so I’ve spent the last two hours watching your reactions. I love them. Made me smile sooo much & dance! Remembering the songs I loved growing up & seeing you react to them is the best pick me up ever. Thank you, I’m ready to sleep now 😊

Phenomenal reaction… phenomenal tune… never stop dude 👍👍👍
Hell yeah! CCR is awesome. Your reaction is awesome. Lots more from them you'll like. Bad Moon Rising was a big radio hit for them. Travelin'Band is fast and fun. Keep rocking, Hector!

Just so you know, a lot of their songs are very short. Most under 5 minutes and a lot under 3.

Except Susie Q, just like Grapevine, cover they made their own and extended.
I Put A Spell on You/ SuzieQ/ Run Through The Jungle are three more great songs by CCR! My favorites are always Live performances because of the guitar & drum solos & duets! Long unedited videos are SO fantastic🔥☮️🇨🇦 ** Yes this is a good choice for funerals, my favs will be Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke & CCR what a party it will be … the best funeral song is SPIRIT IN THE SKY by Norman Greenbaum ⚰️⚱️🧨🤣🤣
Absolutely LOVED this one! My late father raised me on CCR on vinyl and 8 track. From their cover of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put a Spell on You" to "Sweet Hitchhiker", every one their tracks holds a memory for me. If you want perhaps the most purely distilled example of CCR, try "Bad Moon Rising".
This was the very first album that I bought back in 1972 ! I'm so happy to see your reaction to it! Stellar! I've loved them since 1965 and I still react the exact same way as the first time I ever heard it!
WE are the “Fortunate Ones” 😂 watching your reactions. CCR has a bunch of great songs!
Born on the bayou is another amazing track by CCR
Everytime I decide I have watched my favorite reaction of yours, you blow me outta the water with an Epic Experience like this🧠🤯🎶
Yes please go down the rabbit hole called CCR!!!!! You won’t be disappointed hombre I promise!!!! Fantastic reaction as always!!!! Thank you for making my day a bit brighter with your spirit!!! Feel free to check out their tune “Fortunate Son”. One of the greatest Viet Nam war protesters songs of all times!!!! Pull up the lyrics and follow along!!!!! So says Austin Tx!!! 😎🍸
You are hilariously funny. I was rolling on the floor listening to your reaction because you and I know CCR's version of this song is absolutely over the top! I remember it from when I was in like 6th grade or so, and even have this song on one of their albums from back then. I hope CCR is still making money from their music this many years later.
Try some of their swamp rock. Run Through the Jungle.
Born on the Bayou !!! You will be blow away from the very first note!
Your introductions always make me laugh. Smile at the very least. You are you and I appreciate that so much. It’s refreshing. Keep it up. ❤️
🎉❤ this was originally performed by Gladys Knight, later by Marvin Gaye and CCR. This version will get you moving 😅 check some of their other stuff out, Fortunate son is a good start

No it was originally sung by Marvin Gaye. Gladys Knight and the Pips livened it up and made it popular so Marvin re-released it. Gladys version is wonderful too.
@richdiddens4059

@@paulapumphrey7857 It was written for Gladys Knight but was first recorded by The Miracles but not released for 2 years in October '68. Then Marvin Gaye recorded it but it wasn't released until August '68. Finally Gladys Knight recorded it and it was released in late '67. Her version became the best selling Motown recording. Then 8 or 9 months later Marvin Gaye's version exceeded hers. The first recording was the third released, the third recording was the first released, and the second was the second. The CCR version was 1970. Convoluted, I know.
Lord You are a BLAST 😂,, Grew up on this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love your reaction I feel so lucky to have grown up with all the great music and I still play my 60 70 and 80s mucic every day
Love your reactions, keep them coming! You chose wisely in reacting to the long version of Grapevine. The difference between the short single cuts and the long album cuts for CCR songs are the amazing instrumental jams and I have always thought they are the best parts of their songs. Try "Suzie Q" and "Proud Mary", both guaranteed to please.
I love your reactions. You are simply the best! I’d love to see you react to House of the rising sun by Animals, Whiter shade of pale by Procol Harum, Nights in white satin by Moody Blues❤❤❤❤
You need 'Born on the Bayou' and 'Green River' right away.

"Do i need to cut it short" LOL😅
CCR is fantastic! John Fogerty (the lead singer) has some fun stuff as well. Try “Centerfield.”
Hey, just stumbled across your channel and I became an instant fan of your reactions and energy. Wow dude, be yourself and keep it up. Love it!
Glad you did the extended cut!
"Long as I can see the light" would be a good one for you. Love to see your reaction to that one.
Your the best! I suffer from depression and you take it away every time. I love your openings! Play major carpet ride. You will love it! It is a great song!
Have you ever seen a drummer as a lead singer?! Hotel California LIVE
great reaction and don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Here is a like and comment to help your channel grow and get you the recognition you deserve.
you are literally me with music ❤
John Fogerty always has interesting ways to pronounce words. Part of his charm, for sure.
Ha ha . You remind me of a kid’s first reaction to tasting ice cream, sugar, or a bubbly lemon aide🤣
😄😄 LOVE the intro!!
Please don't change one thing about the way you do your reactions. They are the best. Suggestion for a song--Come to Poppa by Bob Seger

“When you need a pacifier.” Bob is a genius. “Turn the Page” may be the greatest ballad. Ever.
You are such a joy to watch!!!
Love your intro’s and outro’s😬🙄😳💜 and everything in between!
Any CCR you do will be awesome. Thanks for the great stuff brother. ✌🏻❤️
CCR created their own genre in the late 60's - SWAMP ROCK

Those "tin cans' toward the end, are what are called cow bells. As in "more cow bell." ref. SNL Ferrell & Walken.

RUN TRHOUGHT THE JUNGLE....SO GOOD
you be just fine being you...just be you, mostly because everybody else is already taken.
This is my favorite version 🥰
There used to be a radio station somewhere by the Grapevine in California that played this song on a loop.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 yeah man I want a 12" extended intro please! 😎✌️
CCR is an American Treasure. John Fogerty has a song in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Put me in Coach.
And now you're on the CCR train lol. I'm gonna throw a deeper track at you. "As Long As I Can See The Light." Fogertys voice will make you cry. In a good way.
Absolutely
