Tremonti and Stapp are a killer duo. Both are at their very best when writing songs together. With Brian and Scott on bass and drums they have the complete Creed sound, a killer band.

The tone of Tremonti's guitar is incredible. There are only two other guitarists that come to mind whose tone is also incredible: The Edge and Eddie Van Halen. That's good company!

I used to think it was his rig but as with Eddie …. The tone comes from his fingers

He makes his guitar sound like 2 guitars, it's pretty interesting. Love how he has one finger doing leads while also doing the chords. The drop D tuning helps with that but still not many players outside metal do that
