    The part at the end when Judd expresses his struggles and disdain for athletics is gold material! I hear this stuff all the time from my clients (I’m a dietitian)- and though I’m opposite- I can’t conceive of how someone could not love to move and be outdoors, I was laughing out loud at his description of struggle as I struggle with what comes easy to him- writing, creating.

    Terrific podcast. @JuddApatow Hire a trainer for the gym. That's what I had to do. Couldn't even drag my ass to the building without a schedule to meet with him. Try it. And, of course, love your work.

    Very sound thinker until he gets on his political rants. Then he’s in his LA echo chamber and becomes what he rants against. Hatred for people with other views, life experience and what’s important to them. Diversity besides diversity of thought
