Great to see you back Lee. Or should I say our superhero 'Macroman' I always love how simple you keep it all for us to view and at the same time fun and interesting. I have one of those colour changing lights, so must hunt it out. Would it work with a bowl of soapy bubbles? I hope 2022 is going to be a better year for you personally. You are a beautiful human being Lee and you keep on proving macro photography is nothing to be scared of. It would be a sad day if you ever packed your channel up.

But to be fair I really do enjoy doing bits of video work and 99% of the comments are positive so don't worry I am not going no where soon.

Glad you didn't stop. My interest was mostly landscape photography until now but in a recent covid quarantine I searched for some macro approaches to do at home. KZread happened to put one of your macro videos in my feed and now I'm binge watching your videos. I'm enjoying your style, honesty, level of technical detail in your tutorials, and ethics and wish you great happiness in your work and life. I don't really use presets (or rather, built my own) but still bought your pack as a token of support. Kindest wishes from Germany.

Hi Lee you are one gem of a fellow, stunning video. We appreciate all you do for your followers on a shoestring budget. Please keep going, but health and family come first always. I just got my rotary display out and put new batteries in, it was definitely stronger light than yours, but perhaps you don't want it strong. I was also thinking it would be interesting seeing this repeated using it against the RGBW LED Light bulb fixed on a stand, static just moving the stand for a different effect near and far. Misses H is one lucky girl, what a lovely piece of jewelry for her Christmas present. Best wishes to you both for 2022, stay safe, and happy snapping!

God bless you my dear friend are you trying to make me cry lol. I really was close to stopping trust me. I really did go through a bad patch where I did not even pick my camera up for weeks. But with the help from Mrs H and the photography club I got asked to join they gave me the push and made me believe in my self along with your kind comments and support. I must say laowa is one of the best lens manufacturers I have ever used. I am going to try and get them to send me some more of there lens to try out. I would love to try the 7.5 like you have

Excellent video. My wife is hiding all of our clocks now. When I saw the pictures earlier I wondered how you got that spectacular lighting - turns out it was pretty simple. Perfect for my indoor macro winter projects (no more paddling til spring). Too bad KZread is so cheap - I'll buy more presets and donate to your web page.

Get in the charity shops for glassware, clear glass and coloured lights, brilliant for macro and still life. Shame about that antique clock you busted it was worth £50k.... lol.

Ho Peter you have definitely brought the best lens on the market I am going to get me one very soon you will definitely find the 2x very useful buddy. I am using 2 of vanguards tripods I am using the alta pro 263at and the VEO 3+ 263ab they are both as good as each other to be fair but the veo 3+ is a little bit smoover.

is that just any old laptop screen? I need a reflective black base for some close up pics.

Hi Lee, You're sound is very low to me mate, I normaly listen to you through my headphones. I thought it was my hearing I went back onto some of your other videos, to check. Not my hearing at all I left my volume set at level 3 when i popped back form your ealier works and your volume on this I had to increase it from level 3 to level 7 to hear you. Have you changed your mic or moved it away. Thought I would let you know mate. Loved your macro. Cant beleive you could not find much around your pound shop. Love the cogs and the different colours but the blue looked better. I dont think you could put that back together again. Its a shame you dont live closer we could have some great funn outb and about, I went out today Monday 17th and would you believe it I trod on what I thought was Leaves and there was a piece of ply under them and because it was frosty as well I went Tit over Ar**, I just sat there in fits of laughter as a youngish couple came to help me and they saw it happen. I had them in stiches trying to help me up all 20 stone of me L O L beach whale came to mind. Glad you kept on with the channel, or I would have come and peser you on instergram take care and be safe mate.
