My wife recorded as part of a duo at Abbey Road in 1964 with producer Ron Richards. The record entered the Melody Maker Top 50 for one week. The song was written by her father. Memories.

Great video from Spitfire as always. Had the great opportunity to attend a masterclass at Abbey Road this year. The studios are very special. But I will tell you, as great as the acoustics are, if you really want the Abbey Road experience in your music, you gotta have the smell. Each room has one. Waves, get on it!

I wouldn't have thought Abbey Road started out with a kind of "accident" dare I say... (trying hard not to place too obvious a spoiler... ;-) ). Amazing mini-docu and charmingly presented by Homay. It is amazing to see the level of creativity as well as productivity you fabulous people come up with as far as content, be it audio, video or even experimental stuff like with the latest Pianobook sample pack (EPIC Guitar). Simply amazing across the board, even the free stuff is unbelievably great, time and time again! Happy and successful New Year to everyone at Spitfire Audio and all those who're in some fashion involved with your ventures! And massive thanks, of course!

I loved how wonderful the room sounded even with just Mirek talking. Great video. Also, looks like Abbey Road has replaced the B&W speakers and Classe amps, I spied the old ones sitting at the side of the studio in a few shots.

Spitfire's incredible ethos has now made them a part of The Abbey Road legend! So well deserved. What other company is actually giving away products like BBCSO Discover? And free templates so you can manage it all? I own core and will wait till the summer sale, probably, to upgrade to pro for those extra leaders and mic positions. But I have been with Spitfire since Albion One and feel a sense of community that is so rare these days. Many many thanks to all of the Spitfire team.

Sometimes I still have to slap my face, when I see videos of Abbey Road, as I was there 10 years ago with the Philharmonia Orchestra turning part of my tune into an Orchestral piece, as part of a competition; I was one of ten luck winners.
