The Ark would even be funny -- rather than tragic -- if: - the City of Williamstown had not subsidized the Genesisian edifice by floating (Punny?) $62 million dollars in bonds, and, - the Great State of KY had not spent $10 million in road improvements for improved access to the boondoggle. We shouldn't really expect much from Kentucky, bless their hearts.
