    Ham is just envious that he can't have access to that money, at least that rover is doing some good for humanity (even if it doesn't look like it for many) unlike his grift ark

    @@StuckSmilin You're certainly right! And the "going under water" pun was very good; I laughed. The Ark would even be funny -- rather than tragic -- if: - the City of Williamstown had not subsidized the Genesisian edifice by floating (Punny?) $62 million dollars in bonds, and, - the Great State of KY had not spent $10 million in road improvements for improved access to the boondoggle. We shouldn't really expect much from Kentucky, bless their hearts.
