This is one of my favorite ways to do backgrounds, especially with small stamps. They are beautiful!

Great ideas to stretch your stamps. I love the silhouettes in alternate colors to make a pattern.

Kelly, from my experience, it is depression related. No, I didn't think I was depressed. But I found when my stress levels were less, I could function. The more stuff you have on you plate---daily, the more your juggling life. For me I had a violent child at home, with a husband that often had to be on the road. I ended up with a hand full of autoimmune diseases, and this problem with bridges and over passes. Praying singing praise distressed me. What destresses you? Does talking to certain people help? Listening to books on tape? Try to think of things that are not stress related. I'm thinking of you.

Did you always have this driving anxiety or did it start after you started dispatching? I hope you are successful with your hypnosis. I have bad anxiety over a lot of stuff and understand how frightening and debilitating it can be. Love the cards.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) might help with your anxiety. It did for my anxiety for other reasons. Good luck!

I was 35 never had a driver's license but I was getting a divorce... I understand the anxiety... I had no choice but to work thru it... It was hard but I chose to use it as a lesson for my children - please know I am not making light of your issue
