This is one of my favorite channels! So much helpful information here. I do keep a magical record, but I don't really call it a Book of Shadows or Grimore. After over 40 years of journals and scrapbooks, I've gone digital (just like one of your tips!). I use Excel to track the projects and any important deadlines I want to make. I use Word to outline the spell components, the purpose, and other important details as well as recording what happened after the spell was cast. I also record my dreams and any insight gained in meditation.

I have never seen a straight post binder before! Woah, game changer! I've used a regular lever arch binder for my own bookfor years but one day I'd like to distill everything into my own grimoire, I think one of those straight post binders would be perfect. :)

I’ve been planning to make my own book of shadows sometime in the near future, so these tips are wonderfully helpful. Perfectionism is one of my biggest obstacles, so I particularly appreciated that point! I also like the idea of making a rough draft. Thank you for all of these tips. I’ll definitely be rewatching this video again when I’m ready to get started ✨

I think we'll seasoned witches always need this reminder. Self conscious talk bever goes away. I might add it's records of your practice. It could be a 3D sculpture or a beaded piece of your goals. Only you need to know it's meaning. I wish I had realized this.

This was a great video!! I love how you reassured people not to worry about aesthetic appearance and worrying about it being perfect. Thats a lot of witch's issues when it comes to a BOS. I actually was working in my book last night!
