Thank you so much for such informative tutorial! I was thinking of going one step further and using individual QR code (name badge) in assignments and scanning these codes to collate submission of assignments :) May I know if there's any way to automating the insertion of QR codes into assignments so that printing for each student can be done all at one go?

In our country, we have country-wide exams and then they're sent out to be manually marked by markers from all over the place. I wanted to create a system like you've described, but our curriculum has completely changed so I put the project aside. I haven't made any progress on it because of the change, so I don't have a solution for you, sorry. I have experimented with exporting the QR codes into Docs and Slides, but it doesn't work with any solution I've found yet. I'll keep trying, but it's not a priority at this stage.

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to keep 1 QR code for each student, but be able to have them go to different classes? Let’s say on Monday go to one class, Tuesday go to another and so on. The only way I thought to do this was through creating teacher QR codes, but that will leave the student with a page of QR codes.

Open a door of magic. I've got 2 question: How can I know that the student scan it right in the classroom instead of some his/her classmate send the QR code to him/her to sign? (any way to confirm the location?) If someone happen to scan somebody else QR code, how should I figure out and delete the wrong sign?

Why have qr codes stopped being displayed , but at the same time the Google form is working

I want to use QR codes for tracking attendance for continuing education sessions by scanning badges. Can I pull more data than just the name (such as name and email address)?

Instead of pulling more data from the google form, it's better to have a separate table that has things like email address or whatever data you want, then use a vlookup to autofill everything for the badges

Heya, If you make it look like an ID card I've found that students barely ever try it. If it just looks like a QR code and nothing else, they will scan it. But if it's formatted with school emblems and their pictures and looks like a professional ID card then people just don't even try.

Digitally? Use the snipping tool Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows. You'll have to do it individually. I've tried to automate it, but no success. If you're just printing it them out, then print them all in one go
