Taking our initial subdivision linework file and creating Parcels according to municipal standards. We use the slide line create tools while ensuring that all lots are above minimum sizes and we can build houses on them.

This is such a good video, and nice explanation. I have a question though, that part at 21:29 where you drew the house's envelope inside the parcel, is there a tool in Civil 3D that allows you to draw all the envelopes inside all the parcels ? I mean you give it the setbacks from the 4 sides for each type of house envelope and it puts the envelopes properly in each parcel, is there something like that ?

Not that I am aware of. Manually it is!
@ 16:15 I think you should click azimuth before putting in the azimuth. I figure it didn't work because AutoCAD was expecting an angle and you gave it an azimuth without clicking the azimuth option first.
