to me the biggest problem to do something custom and unique is the limitation of import budget you get. 400mb is nothing if you really want to create a really unique looking IP in Fortnite. Please consider expanding this to at least a gig. Yes i saw the space station demo with the metahuman, but even at 60bm metas you can only bring only 6 NPCs, leaving you with 2.4mb for environments?
