You clearly have a good eye for the classics. Beautiful!
Igualmente Katie. Gracias por sonreir siempre. Un abrazo fuerte desde España.
I'm a faux painter & have been doing it for about 40yrs & I have to say yr faux marble looked pretty good. The more gloss u apply the more real it looks. But I love the transformation of the table. The black really makes it pop !! Great job !!
I think this is my favorite furniture makeover of yours!
Gorgeous! Putting the medallions back on was a good call.
Beautifully done.
My favourite furniture flipper. I can hardly wait to see your upcoming projects. 😊
I love that you decided to keep the medallion decals! Looks so good!
Looks fantastic and I love the medallions, they add richness.
Table turned out BEAUTIFUL
Love❤ it! Glad you kept the medallions. An old feather works well for those lines too!
That final "fluff-over" with the white paint was the perfect touch to make the faux look realistic. Glad you replaced the medallions, all looking great.
That table is beautiful, I love it.
jaw dropping. You are so talented. it's so much more handsome than the original.

Wow! That looks really deluxe! A great start to the year!
That table is absolutely stunning! I love it!
Another masterpiece, medallions inclusive👍🏻✌🏻
You are a true master - artisan !! Love your channel and your creativity and talent
GORGEOUS! Needs some gold on the end of the legs to really highlight those gold medallions!
Absolutely stunning. It looked so easy, but I’m sure it’s not. I’ve never refinished a piece of furniture, but finding a small piece would be key. I may just try this. Thank you for sharing.
THAT’S BEAUTIFUL!!
The marble finish looks great
I soooo need a piece like this in my life!
When skill share sponsor your video though, haha, awesome job! Table too. I didn't think it'd work so good. Looks like a really effective faux marble
Holy moly! Brilliant Katie.
A good outcome, apparently the veining is more random in texture, direction and intensity if you use the tip of a feather (wing or tail from a larger bird, i.e. duck or geese), then you use a soft bristle brush to lightly blend it in (like a BobRoss painting). To save waiting for base coats to dry, I think the faux finishers added a glaze component to keep the base coat workable while the veining, variations and shadows were added.

Yes, that’s the OG 90’s version! I’ll have to find a feather for next time 😝

YOU took the words out of my mouth, an actual feather looks much better and so much easier to make it look random.

@@salvagedbykscott any kind of feather will work, try it on cardboard, slightly roll the base in your hand as you move along. What he is saying is completely valid in my experience.
This table is stunning!
Ever since you first posted this i have been waiting every Saturday for this video 🤣 you had me on the edge of my seat. So dang good !! Love the medallions !
So beautiful 😍
I have done marbling before using a goose feather. I love what you acheived with this table.
Wow !! It looks so smart.💕
So fun!
I am So glad you decided to keep the little medallion pieces with the piece. Beautiful! 😍
Nicely done. It looks wonderful.
Beautiful!
Great job Katie!
So pretty. Love that you kept the medallions. This totally reminded me of watching Christopher Lowell in the 90s he painted faux marble on EVERYTHING.
It's beautiful piece you always do the best jobs
It looks beautiful!

Look good close up too! As long as you don’t put your nose to it 😉
Turned out beautiful ❤️ Definitely needed that extra little bit of white.
Let's go !!! Love your amazing transformations. Yes keep the metal details. Wow looks like marble. Beautiful. Love the staging too.
Very pretty and delicate looking table. The medallions give it a traditional look too. I did watch a diy using a plant leaf for more random veining and they hit with a light spray of water to spread out with web like veins.

It a beautiful piece! Nice work .
Always amazed at your creativity, Katie!
Great job! Looks real!
Love it! I was looking for a video on doing this before I tried it. My daughter wants a vanity with a marble top. This is perfect. It gave me the motivation to try it.
Beautiful 😊
So who doesn't dream of Italy ... Rome -- Florence -- Medici glory Oh well , we scruffy plain Jane's see it only in our dreams Kicked to the curb in a sad shop ... rejected .. but , she grabbed me .. she was smiling and saying -- marbel I couldn't see but felt the scrub and the paint and the tickling brush-- I could feel her energy and the nod I look out the sunny window now The beams glint on my marble, yes the essence of the Florentine -- Ah, still dreaming but happily so !
Beautiful 👏👏👏
Beautiful job!!😍❤😍
