Im having trouble with exporting. My project has all the audio okay, when exported to wav or mpeg4 I can hear extra FX (in my project typing Noise) where I did. Not place it, which appears only in the exported file, Not in the project - I tried everything- audio normalización no and off, no changes- I Even saved only the scenes ( Not the audio files) to my scene, opened a new project and pasted, but again, same problem , have you heard about such a problem?

Are the backgrounds 2d or 3d? I can't seem to find a control that would change the point of view, i.e. doing side or reverse angles?Zoom out, zoom ins etc.?

Great short tutorial. Josh had a "scenes" item on his timeline menu in the example but I can't see that on mine even though I followed the video step by step and managed to create a lip-synched video without any problems. How do I get to show or add the menu items he had ex: cut, scenes etc?

Do I keep the older version of CreateStudio downloaded on my computer and use that also or is everything in the older version in the newest 3 version like all the elements and background scenes? Or can I delete the older version and just use 3? Thank you and the updates are really cool

I love these new additions… the only reason I went with animate it was because you couldn’t customize your character with createstudios… so I loveee the new additions I can’t wait until you can customize females babies and their sizes like fat guy or a skinny guy… if they do that I’m definitely joining Createstudios 😍😍

Questions before I buy and download. I see a one time lifetime fee for use of the current version. Cost wise, what happens as newer versions are released? Second cost question. There are currently only the two 3d characters. As the new ones that are coming are released, will those be an additional charge? Lastly, there seems to be no way of changing body build. For my purposes, that would be almost vital to my projects. Am I wrong and there is a way to do it or is that also something that is coming?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. You can import animated characters in video format with a transparent background and use them in your projects. To achieve this, you'll want to use video file formats that support transparency, such as MOV with an alpha channel or WebM. You can only use the pre-made characters inside CreateStudio and their actions. However, you get access to our 3D Creator feature. It would be great to have options for different body shapes, oval faces, and various hair lengths for babies, girls, and guys without hair as well. Also I want them for medical videos… I wish we had more medical equipment something where we can put someone in a MRI machine or just do an X-ray… or even like extra icons where we have medical equipment anddd lol sorry this would just be so much better if it catered towards the medical industry as well. Also I wish we can make some character sick… like make them cough or sneeze or cry or something in that nature just pretty much more option for people that’s looking for a program that are looking to advance their medical business or career

All useful updates but hardly any of them justify the 3.0 marketing tag. They are mostly ease of use feature updates. Your marketing is on point but I must say as a current user of Create Studio this is pretty disappointing considering what you had made this update out to be.
