I'm in the process of designing a Quilt of Valor for my brother and was looking for a way to recreate the medals he received. This is a great tutorial. So glad I found it! Thank you so much!!

I am a beginner quilter and you and a couple of other youtubers are my teachers😁 I love your videos...also I love how much you remind me of HP from the flash with that hat on😂. ....i watched alot of your videos about applique and honestly i think this was one of the most in depth ones you have made yet, thank you so much. :)

This is perfect! My grandson sent me his drawing of a train on tracks and told me, "You can make me a t-shirt with this on it if you want". This is a perfect way for me to transfer his drawing to a t-shirt! Thanks Rob. You (and 7 year old boys) always have the best ideas.

Hi there Rob thank you for all your great Videos. If you get a new Iron try a T-fal iron. The irons have a realy easy to Clean solepate that enables exceptional glide and and an excellent scratch resistance. The gunkieness on your iron comes from using the fabrics without washing them first. It ist the rest die that is still in the fabric. since I am using my T-fal iron i do not have the problem. I eaven melted some fabric with it oce and as soos as it coold down I could flick it off with my finger.

Thank you for your wonderful tutorial, I have always wondered how this is done. Could you please tell me how I can order a Shark Rotary Tool, I live in Australia. I love watching your channel, I learn something every time and you are so inspirational, Bless You

I am sorry, but I do not know who sells the cutters in Australia. You can order it from me, but my website charges a fortune for international shipping. You may email rob@michaelmillerfabrics.com, maybe you wish to order several as gifts, and then the shipping will not cost too much per cutter. just an idea, but contact me direct, do not try international on my www.robappell.com

so... I have the purple Panasonic cordless iron and I'm finding it doesn't stay hot. Did that happen to your iron?

I had my Panasonic for 4 years. In short, I thought it was perfect. Then it went rogue....got hotter than it should have, even for the highest setting. I was ironing cotton. It scorched the fabric, started to smoke, "popped", then died. It served me well. I recently replaced it with another Panasonic.
