@3:28, you could adjust your Excel formula from LEFT(TEXT(A2,"dddd"),3) to TEXT(A2,"ddd") to achieve the same result. 4 d's returns the full day name and 3 returns the abbreviated version. The same goes for the month formula.

Go through the codes and adjust the width and height, and keep an eye on the preview pane to see if it meets your requirements.
