Thank you. No need to buy a plugin when Photoshop can do this all on its own.
Good tutorial but one thing I've noticed (mainly because I was trying to do this in my own image): the rain AND the puddles look very realistic but there's no "splash effect" in the puddles. If it's raining, it seems like there should be some effect on the puddles, correct? Like I said, I only notice this because after creating a similar effect on my own photo, I realized something wasn't quite right about it, and it's the smoothness of the water on the street; it should (IMO) show some sort of effect from the raindrops. Any suggestions?

I agree with your comments. However, to me, good tutorial should be 'short and concise' explain the conceptual understanding. Then, it is up to us (viewers) to explore our own initiatives as you suggested. Just my two cents.
