IMO this drill verifies the the biggest problem in the swing for most people is rhythm and timing. It is also explains why people who naturally have r&t seemingly can swing the club in any fashion and play well! Great players don't make great teachers mainly due to the fact that many of the struggles a novice has they cannot relate to! Moe Norman's concept of the use of the body works best for myself as it eliminates a lot of unnecessary movement and provides a repeatable firing sequence!

No, Tiger was not fit enough for coaching with Sean, so now Sean is coaching many top players, and always had been.

Tried using a swing speed radar in the range today. I don't understand why my distance is still 240 yards when my swing speed ranges from 95 to 115 mph. I just notice the ball just goes higher at higher swing speed but no gain in distance. I tried 3 different drivers but same result.

Try to hit the ball in the center of the face instead the toe or the heel. Hope this helps.

After reading through these golf swing secrets “Jοmtοnο Naha” (Google it) and doing the drills as I read, I went out and also shot a 73. Another accomplishment I have made is hitting 13 of 18 greens in regulation. I also almost hit the green with a distance of Five to ten yards on the other 5 holes. Since 9 is my handicap, I never shoot 73s. It was not my best round ever, but it was my best in a long time.

Seven years already went by when I started playing and all those years were filled with practices and lessons. Finding out these golf swing secrets , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it) allowed me to shot a seventy-five after 2 buckets. Now, I am more knowledgeable regarding grip, ball position, through swing drills, and more golf ideas. My earlier handicap is thirteen, but now I am beginning to lower it. This tutorial is excellent!

this sure looks like he's been watching Brian Sparks' swing videos. Probably a good idea since his ideas actually work. Forget 99% of what these guys like Sean Foley teach.

Only negative to someone who thinks negatively. I made a comment. I didn't say I was better than this guy, I just think most golf instructors are bogus and just repackage other people's ideas. Envy? I bet my life is 10 times what yours is boy. You don't have the stones to post your full name - and just make troll comments like most internet cowards.
