CREAMY LEMON GARLIC RAVIOLI: Quick, Easy, & Delicious Recipe/Dinner in 15 Minutes
It's peak citrus season where I live, and when life gives me lemons, I like to make Creamy Lemon Garlic Ravioli. Truly, it's one of my favorite pasta dishes and it's so easy to make, you can have dinner ready in 15 minutes. Just read on for the easy recipe, and keep in mind this delicious creamy sauce can be poured over any type of pasta, I just happen to like it most on ravioli.
Creamy Lemon Garlic Ravioli
ravioli (or pasta of your choice)
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy whipping cream
zest of 1 lemon, along with approx. 1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Meantime, coat bottom of large skillet with olive oil and place over burner at medium high heat. Add minced garlic along with almost all of the lemon zest (set some aside for garnish) and stir quickly. Then immediately pour in heavy whipping cream and stir until well combined. Add lemon juice, salt and parmesan cheese and continue to stir. Add cooked and drained pasta to the cream sauce, along with some chopped fresh parsley and let cook a few minutes more. Remove from stove and serve while hot. Garnish with additional lemon zest, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese.

@@marcyinspired1442 my pleasure. I made it again and it was even better the second time. First time the garlic got overdone so I was carful not to do that again. My family loved it. 🙏
As I've gotten older I've acquired a taste for lemon🍋 flavored things, I would go crazy if I had a lemon/ lime tree! Im gonna try this in the spring now with tortellini! Hope you do a lemon dessert!🍋🍋🍋

Would you believe I have even more lemons now than I did when we shot this video!?! (Had I thought about it, I could have taken some with me to Albuquerque and left you some.) I could have done lemon recipes for a couple of months, but I only did one more and it is a dessert. Maybe I'll shoot another one and just post it at some other point down the line.
Looks amazing!

👋 Hi there! Thanks. I never left! LOL
Fresh pasta sounds amazing! I tried Signature ravioli once and it was kinda thick. I like Costco's ravioli. But fresh is the best.

I like Costco's ravioli, as well, but I have noticed they're more prone to opening when they're being boiled. I just have to keep watching so I can take them out the second they start to float. Btw, I have another friend who's going to teach me how to make homemade butternut squash ravioli and we'll definitely be shooting a video of it. But it probably won't be for a while since I just made this ravioli and I'll have another pasta video in a couple of weeks. I need to space things out a bit.
❤
I also was haunted by this lemon garlic sauce after enjoying it at Piatti’s in Sonoma (now closed😢) So I too tried to replicate it. Similar to yours except I opted for white wine instead of lemon juice. I agree lemon zest IS the key! 6:01

And now I'll have to try making it with white wine! Thanks for watching & commenting.

@@marcyinspired1442 Did you get ever post a ravioli recipe? If so I couldn’t find it. I also have made ravioli for Decades. My Italian family’s recipe as well as many others (Fava bean, butternut squash, pheasant, ricotta & chard , etc.) but I always like to try others.
how did you keep the cream from curdeling when you added the lemon juice?
