Cream 33-38% (200 ml / 4/5 cup).
Sugar (60g / 2.1oz).
Savoyardi cookies (5-6 pieces).
Juice of 2 large oranges.
Approximately juice (150 ml / 3/5 cup).
Sugar (40g / 1.4oz).
Pectin (1/2 tsp).

I love both desserts. I do not understand adding eggs and can less sugar be opt? Love recipes I think I will try them. I made a rubarb and strawberry one. I then made a breakfast pizza and topped it with the strawberry and rhubarb mixture. It turned out awesome. I've also done it with apples and blueberries. I will definitely try this!!
