We are Mindy Cowap of The M Project and Emma Wilson of Emma Wilson Fitness, together we collaborate to help midlife menopausal women grow old as young as possible.
All recipes are based on the principles of Emma Wilson's My Time for Change programme, a women's health, nutrition and wellbeing course.
Having followed Emma's programme for the last 5 years, Mindy is the fittest, strongest and healthiest she has ever been (aged 49). Both Mindy and Emma are determined to help women thrive, find moments of joy, have fun and live their best lives!
