Cream Cheese Pumpkin Spice Bread

Save my recipe for Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bread!
For the Pumpkin batter you need
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of cane sugar
1/4 vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 egg
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of lite sour cream
For the Cream Cheese Filling you need
4oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cane sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Instructions
Spray a bread pan with oil, layer pumpkin batter, then cream cheese batter, then pumpkin batter and then top with cream cheese batter.
Bake in the oven at 350F Degrees for 45-50 minutes.

We are a family of 10. We quadrupled this recipe. There is none left. It was a huge hit. We also made your sushi bake with real crab a few weeks ago. Of course much larger than your recipe. Oh. My. Goodness. It was so good.

I think you could sub coconut sugar for white. You can make your own brown sugar too...🙂 looks delicious!

Do you absolutely have to use brown sugar and cane sugar for this recipe
Has anyone tried mKing this with swerve brown sugar and monkfruit? I plan on trying this recipe with some flourish, lower carb wheat flour. Hope it turns out.
