100g butter
200 g cream cheese
100 g sugar
2 g salt
1 Egg
4 g lemon juice
180 g flour
4 g baking powder
2 g baking soda
Powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Beat 200 grams of cream cheese and 100 grams of butter with a blender until smooth.
2. Gradually add 100 grams of sugar to the curd mixture and beat with a blender until the sugar is dissolved.
3. In a separate bowl beat 1 egg.
4. Add the egg, 4 grams of lemon juice to the curd mixture and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
5. In a separate bowl, sift 180 grams of flour, 4 grams of baking powder and 2 grams of baking soda.
6. Gradually add the flour to the cottage cheese mixture and mix until a homogeneous dough.
7. Cover the finished dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
8. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, form cookies and place on a baking tray.
9. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
10. Bake the cookies in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160°C and continue baking (10-15 minutes) until completely cooked.
11. Take the cookies out of the oven and serve after they have cooled completely.

    Looks delicious, but at what temperature did you bake them and for how long?
