    My KE made me move the machines to a solider platform. I was concerned the oscillations, the stand was moving so much, would hurt the print. Loving cutting printing time down.

    @@NiTecIndustries I might be ordering mine tommrow, but out of the box do you have to change any settings to make it print alright and if so are they hard to change, also do you get your print file, send it to slicer, slice it and then save it on usb and plug it into printer?

  • @NiTecIndustries

    @NiTecIndustries

    Ай бұрын

    @@DarcyFletchh number one you’ll need to change the voltage setting coming out of the plug from 220 to 110. It’s the little red switch. There’s a little bit of out of the box assembly but it’s easy to do. As far as printing you can either save it to a usb and load it on the printer, or send it over WiFi if you’re using creality print. Settings wise I would recommend looking up teaching tech or makers muse to get an understanding of what each parameter does, and troubleshoot any issues when going for the first time. Patience in setup is key.

    So far it’s doing great! Getting accustomed to the Creality slicer supplied on the flash drive, and I got overture PETG filament tuned in! If you have a general understanding of how the 3D model slicing software works, and know how to set up the machine parameters (speed, temperatures, etc), then it’s easy pickings. I’d recommend doing a little research and learn to make minimal adjustments to the Creality print profiles to make your materials work.
