Yous were a difficult side to play against today. We couldn't break down that solid defense of yours and Emery's got your players well drilled. Maybe 2-3 quality signings and I reckon you could compete for top 5 next season (5th gets CL football starting next season I think). Would love to see a video of a combined 11 of Villa's team under Martin O'Neill in the 2009-10 season and this season's team. Good luck to Villa. YNWA

@@danielhughes7228 I think so because UEFA are looking to extend the number of teams in it to 36 teams starting from the 2024-25 season. Two extra spots get awarded to nations who collectively performed best in Europe.

Yea a majestic and unique name you would have to search far and wide for a club which has Villa (Villarreal and Sevilla don't count as it ain't separate) in its name and to top it all of you got Aston it just sounds like royalty it don't it

I was at the game yesterday. Before the game i would of taken one point. But after the final whistle i was disappointed we didn't take 3.played very well .and our fans were brilliant.

Why s next week huge? I don’t understand???What’s “Huge” about playing European pub clubs in the Europa Conference League? 😂 IF you BEAT Brighton and spurs fail to beat leeds… So if everything goes your way… it’s European football at unknown clubs with stadiums smaller than most clubs in the English national league… Dust off my passport!!! 😂

Not just a good result but outstanding performance. Don't think you saw just how much this was a statement display and how significant is was not just to show up but to dare to dictate our style of play on them. Unheard of from a Villa team up there. Yes we've got results there in the past and of course the 7-2 but this has a different feel to it. Unlucky to just get a point. Dark days seem to be over!

It was more than just two points dropped, that result ended any chances getting into the Europa League, all villa can qualify for now is the europa conference league at best

Great video as always. I think it should be noted, just how many injuries and subsequent substitutions were enforced during that game. At one point McGinn was playing left back! If we'd kept a full-strength team on the field I think we might have won that one. UTV.

So 14 teams 15 if you count managers in the Premier League that's honestly way more then I expected it to be. That's without the youth players and what not I know Spurs has one but he hasn't played a game for the senior team yet he must of been on the bench to be picked up by Onefootball tho

Not being negative but, Brentford are only 2 points behind us with a much better GD. Yes they’ve got to play Man City last game but Man City have won the league, FA cup final week later and Champions League a week after that. I saw it from the Main Stand, it was one guy charging towards the Liverpool fans after the final whistle. It looked more like a "hold me back" type of incident, which the stewards did. The rest was just people gobbing off.

Liverpool did not play and you could have pinched it. but how can you enjoy that time wasting and watching your players go down at the slightest touch??? Would drive me insane

Digne was injured you pleb we had to sub him off because of it and because of that we were forced into a double sub because the 4th official screwed us he already set it up but he couldn't just rejig it for the one for a corner.
