One in my top 10 most favorite fruits 😋. I love the taste and the odor is perfume to my smell 😊🥰 I know how to crack open a durian but not as smooth as this man's, and so, next time I bought a durian, I will try this man's method 😁.

Only Thai durians, particularly big durians like monthong or chanee are cut that way because they are cut about five days before maturity. They are hard to peel open. Malaysian durians are mature durians that drop from trees and can be opened easily with some practices.

Да, тут скорость - главное. Через15 минут после разрезания он начинает так вонять... А если сразу его ешь - нежный сливочный вкус с оттенком клубники. За эту вонь его даже в отели запрещают заносить.

The cheapest Fresh uncut Durian I found was £20.50 per kilo from Thailand. The whole fruit cost me £43 but was very nice. Loved it. Bless you all. Love from UK

I remember the first time I eat Durian in Thailand. Thai friend said you can't eat the durian if you can't open it. Si I tried my best to open the Durian so that I can taste it. My effort is worth coz the durian is so delicious.

You follow the natural line. It's not that hard for someone who has cut one before. We eat durian once or twice a year, too expensive here to eat more, and never cut through the seeds either. That's not to take away from his technique though, it would have taken us half an hour to do what he does in under 2 minutes.

Looking those fruits looks beautiful and unique. I smelled it once but I never tried it. The smell was so strong that could lead me to a strong migraine reaction and head inflammation. The only fruit that is banned from all commercial flights and public transportation.

They know their craft very well. Too bad I am far away from this market.

You can’t use your method to open Durian in Thailand because it’s too hard to do like that. Thai people don’t like too ripe, too strong smell too soft texture durian like what Malaysian/Indonesian/Singaporian do so that’s why we don’t let it fully ripe. It has to be crispy outside and soft inside, if it’s too young or too crispy then no taste, if it’s too ripe then it’s too strong smell and taste that we don’t like, to find the perfect time is using quite skill. Btw pls look at the mountain of Durian, do you think this people don’t know what is the best way to open them? Like you know more than people who have experience to due with mountain of durian?

You can’t use your method to open Durian in Thailand because it’s too hard to do like that. ทุเรียนไทยอร่อยที่สุด คนไทยรู้จักทุเรียนดี แค่เคาะดูก็จะรู้ว่าเนื้อแบบไหน แต่ประเทศอื่นจะขายแค่ตอนสุกเละ ส่วนไทยขายแบบกรอบ กรอบนอกนุ่มใน นุ่ม และเละ คนไทยชอบทุเรียนหลายแบบ และหลายคนชอบทุเรียนเนื้อคนละแบบ ถ้าเอาเนื้อสุกมาขายอย่างเดียว ก็ตอบโจทย์แค่กลุ่มเล็กๆ แต่ไทยขายเนื้อหลายแบบ เลยมีโอกาสที่จะชอบทุเรียนสูงขึ้นมากกว่า ขายแต่แบบสุกเละๆ
