The little birds attacking the Magpie are willy Wagtails and the colourful pigeons are pink and grey gallahs 👌

As an older surfer guy from Morocco, you and your family humble ways brings me back to late 70's early 80's where Hawaiian and Australian surfers were all about surf and soul. Great posting. What a great lifestyle. Enjoying memories of roadtrips where every experience: local's cars, bird & wild life, an official two coin flipping stick (what we dream up during downtime), to the way the locals handle shark briefings. IDK, all the surfing & diving I've done at all these crazy spots I never once worried about sharks even when I came face to face with them (always diving). I've never surfed Western Australia or South Africa but it seems like putting decoy surfer shaped objects in the water is just a way to psyche people out & keep the break for locals. I've asked a lot of questions when I've reached the break, but never asked "Sharks bad today ??" Was I doing something wrong ?

Oh man I just once again wanted to say thanks! I surfed again on Monday, still learning but I think I got the popup sortof down now. Stood up more this time around then falling off haha. Its a 9ft though haha. Im addicted already and I have only done it 3 times now, but now everyday the sun is even out a little I want to get out there haha. My wife ain't super happy about it haha. But I feel it brings me the peace and freedom I need. Its absolute bliss even just feeling when the wave takes you. Thanks to you, Kai Lenny and Ian Campbell! Keep ripping bro!🤙🤙🤙
