Crazy Hike on Madeira with a Pro Mountain Guide
We hiked an incredible off-the-beaten-path trail, revealed to me by a real hiking expert, local mountain guide Márcio.
Madeira attracts a lot of tourists, and for several reasons. It is a magnet for adventure lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature fanatics. But the most importantly, Madeira is a real paradise for hikers, offering a large array of options from challenging multi-day hiking, to some of the most scenic hikes you can do in as short as a few hours.
I have asked Márcio to share his favourite hidden gems to go hiking, and here is one of them!

Is PR17 circle? Because we are planning to go by car. Leave it at parking lot but we dont want to do 17 km there and 17km back.

Hey! Yes, it’s a circle, but you’ll have to join the two ends by walking few km on the road.

@@picturetheworld Hey mate. ofc im happy to share. Look, if you check "espigao amarelo" here on KZread there is such a well known video about exactly this hike in the very same style... but anyway - at the end its a nice video and I totally agree to recommend Marcio for this hike.

They are doing their video, Jackson Groves was the first to show this hidden paths, but this video is giving recommendations if anyone wants to be more adventurous without placing their life in risk.
