@@Cardiologist89 yeah it is build on a mountain. So what? It is a pretty flat mountain, and for buildings then you don't need to consider soft soil or sand. It is easier to build high rises on hard surfaces. Now most of Chongqing is not very steep in terms of changes in the topology. Anyway, go there and see it for yourself it is a great city. My old teacher did his anthropology field research in Chongqing for 4 years. He loved the place.

Thats funny since many if these building in China fall down and not safe. To compare Tiawin that actually has some history compare to China tofu drag buildings is laughable. Hardly anything in China is over 30 years old except for the great wall and the forbidden city. Mao made sure China culture and ancient artifacts were totally destroyed. So give me 60 year building in Tiawin compare to one built 3 years ago in China and I will pick the 60 year old building anyday. The elevators are not safe in China either because nobody inspects them and they just sign off on them as if they're inspected with a short bride. Everything in China is corrupt and everybody has their hand out and if you want anything done you got to pay somebody off to have it done.
