I didn't like how Shannon acted at the end! Cocky! He acted like he smashed Efren or beat him in 9 Ball. lol. (He played a 62 year old version of Efren lol). Anyway, he could've showed more grace in his victory but again, only legends like Efren act that way! (People think Efren is considered the all time best due to his superb shooting, but it's also who he is as an overall professional! Humble, kind, and respectful! (You would never see him act the way Shannon did to an opponent). Billiards sure misses him and will NEVER be the same! Kudos to you, the GOAT Efren "Bata" Reyes, "The Magician"! You are the best Champ!

No that is exactly how you are supposed to act when you cone back to beat Efren!! Efron has known shannon since he was a kid and there is GREAT resect between these two because of their history in one pocket.

Well said, can't teach humility. You have to act like you've been in the end zone before, not like it's the first time you ever won something. Efren deserves way more respect than that, but what do you expect from a dim wit southerner? Reyes is GOAT

The commentators were bias towards Efren and praises their boy Shanon on every shot he makes.

I remember seeing Shannon the first time in Erlanger Ky at a Clyde Childress tournament, he was 15 and barking at Mizerak to play 50 dollar 1 pocket lol.

Efren is a legend,lucky for shannon he did overcome the 2-1..the world knows how humble the magician is,charge to experience for shannon but his no legend,wish for shannon to achieve more title to become legend and hope he'll learn the hardest strokes of efren that no one ever did in history.congrats to shannon,an honor to him to beat the magician,but if efren finished him at 3-1,maybe he'll go home crying🤔

Not at all. Just knows the skill of whose he's playing. Bad ass would be to give up the entire match from the get-go.. or Efren calls the win before they start. THAT'S bad ass.

@@vCLOWNSHOESv After watching the GOAT struggle, I thought if they could ONLY use those three shots in each game it would be a more interesting and quicker match. No straight in shots. No slop. Throw in the carom shot. I think this would demonstrate the abilities of these players. Watching E. Reyes clear several tables with straight in shots is not that exciting.

so many Efren missed.

Great shooting all around. But did anyone else notice one of the commentators punctuated his statements with heavy breaths through his nose, lots of hair there. The nose breathing is pronounced at this 53:51 time signature. That's another reason why nose hair removal is important. It's as distracting as someone blowing a party favor right when you're taking a shot.

Efren seem like he didn't want to play.

There is also a game called "Pool Carom" Like in india carom but a lot of difference since your using a pool table with 1 to 10

This is the worse pool I've ever seen Efren shoot. He never misses that many easy banks. Hell he was even jumping up like I do when I'm shooting scared.

Varner says “uh” more times than Maury guests have run to couches.

Bank pool, one pocket, and three cushion billiards are the most boring games to watch live or on tv. You can play safety shots for 20 minutes before anyone has a decent bank shot.
