It's crawfish season here in Louisiana! Let's go out and see if we can catch enough crawfish in a public roadside ditch to eat for supper! Let's go!

Mr. Sanderson, Let me know where to purchase those pillow traps and I’ll call them up. I’d be happy to support your channel by doing this. I called Hook and Line and spoke with the owner, Chad, but he doesn’t sell any. If you’d be willing to direct me to the person who makes them, I’ll get you a few. Sam Nelson

Is there any way you can hide them traps? Maybe use cable (cable will sink) and attach them to a cinder block and set them IN the water? Or use waders to wade out into the water and attack to a stick pushed in to the mud? I love crawdads. We used to use a trap kind of like a minnow trap but a bit bigger. These were square and the pieces were attached with small hog rings. Ramps on two ends so the crawfish had to climb up into the trap and this made it harder for them to get out.
