INGREDIENTS 🔻: (26 cm mould)
• 3 medium eggs at room temperature
• pinch of salt
• Orange peel
• 180 g sugar (6.3 oz)
• 140 ml seed oil (4.9 oz)
• 200 ml orange juice (3/4 cup)
• 15 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
• 300 g of 00 flour (10.6 oz)
