Some of their stat changes I do not get. Unlike CTR where Penta is given to you without any instructions, having him in there as a maxed out character still wouldn’t upset the meta game. But here, they kinda have no choice but make Penta not maxed out again. Strange how they made him a heavy though, since he is quite small like Polar, Pura and Roo. Oxide too, he was all-rounded in the original CTR, but he’s an acceleration character

XD wow. How do I do this? I don't wanna play Nitro Fueled just to have Penta. I like the original. What cheatcode is this and for which ROM version and region of CTR?

You can do this the unnecessarily difficult way and do the weird boss race glitch or whatever its called or you can do the more simpler way and use cheat engine. Just watch this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/kaWhxtiAgKq1Y9o.html and instead of typing 15 for N. Oxide you use 13 for Penta Penguin
