Wrath of cortex is my favourite so far, i played every ps2 crash games but from ps1 i only played warped just one time like 12 years ago in my cousin's house, i remember that i really loved it at that moment, but now i kinda forgot about it 😅1 and 2 i could made only the first 4 or 5 levels and CTR never played. I played WoC like 4 times and the last time i played it was some weeks ago and i really enjoyed like the first time i played it🤩

Crash 4 I don't mind the challenging parts, but the fucking hidden boxes in places I didn't even know you could jump on too is killing me. Some secrets are fine, but right now I'm going to use tutorials to finding all boxes and hidden gems

Yes, crash 4 is ripe with hidden boxes

Wrath of cortex is my fav, but probably because it's the first game I ever played back in 2002. I still have that blue disc.

Crash 1: A Crash 2: S Crash 3: A CTR: S Bash: C Wrath of Cortex: B (Then I purshased a Wii and ignored all Crash new releases for 10+ years) NSane Trilogy: A CTRNF: A Crash 4: S

CB4 and CB1 are too difficult for my taste but for different reasons. CB1 is clunky and unresponsive, controls made the whole experience awfully frustrating, while CB4 may not suffer from the same issue, but game's overwhelming platforming mechanics made it unnecessary difficult for me...i like the challenge in my games to a healthy degree, i just don't like it when they try to turn it into damned dark souls or something! Lol

I don't remember what I did it was my first time playing the game and I was struggling

S: Crash Warped, Crash 4, CTR NF, CTR, Crash 2, Crash N sane trilogy A: Crash Nitro Kart, Crash 1, Crash Twinsanity B: Crash The Wrath of Cortex, Crash Bash, Crash of the titans C: Crash 2 N.Trance, Crash Huge adventure, Crash Tag team racing, Crash mind over Mutant D: Crash boom bang, Crash Purple I'm going to explain why i put COTT in B, so i think that the storytelling is good and the scenarios of the game are quite refreshing and good for the series. The style of the game is like God Of war (the GOW of Ps2 and Ps3)

I loved twinsanity so much the music is some of the most memorable in videogames

It's a hard game with stiff controls, that's why. I just enjoy it more than bash, but I'm being bit more critical here

I don't know why but they kind of censored Coco's death animations so I generally don't like her in N'sane trilogy because she just isn't cartoony like crash

Titans and MOM are far better than 4. 4 is garbage, literally didn't like 3 levels vefore ditching it. Twinsanity is overrated as hell and TTR is underrated as hell.

With all honesty, I and just your opinion is bullshit, Titans is so ugly and the gameplay is just terrible imo, MOM is significantly better but that’s because of the cutscenes, TTR is so fucking boring to the point where I just fall asleep because of it, Twinsanity was funny and it was really cool seeing Cortex and Crash teaming up together, and I personally think that 4 is a true sequel and they’re both great, but that’s my opinion, what I do recommend is you trying these games again and review them again, and you’ll see why

COTT is solid af it's either C or B, not D wth crash 1 and 4(woc) on the same tier is a federal crime. 4 is on superior gen and has worse presentation, mechanics, levels and I dare to say, controls, than the game that starts it all. for me it's an easy C

Lol skill issue with COTT i see, I'd pay good money to watch you play it for my entertainment, but thankfully i don't have to. Anyway i take it you're not much of a God Of War fan since the game is kind of a clone but with Crash Bandicoot and good writing for once. (2 and Twinsanity aside lol) Plus the concept and the story makes sense and it fits Crash Bandicoot to an extent, i'm glad for every dev that tried to push the series forward, up until 2010 when it stopped existing

Bro crash 1 is S tier. And its not hard, i have played it many times to 100% and i can say that crash 2 and 3 are way harder to get to 100% than crash 1.

S Tier - CB3, CB2 A Tier - N'Sane Trilogy B Tier - CB4, CB1 C Tier - Twinsanity D Tier - Mind Over Mutants, Crash Of The Titans, Bash, CTR (PS1) Never Played - Everything else, that didn't make the list above (Yes i missed lots of Crash games...) I never bothered again with CTR styled games after playing the one for the original PSOne! Any Crash Bandicoot game, that doesn't play and feels like legit platformer s*cks to me!

@@BritishGuyJ Well it's both yes and no...kinda complicated...i just don't like spin-offs, that change the genre from main games too much like that...if the franchise is supposed to be platformer i would much rather all the games were just that - platformers...i don't mind a spin-off, that is still a platformer, but it's the genre switching thing that turns me off...I liked that one particular racing game on original PS...i forgot the name, but somethnig somethnig Grand Prix...it was pretty short, but sweet...

@@BritishGuyJ Same goes when shooters games received versus fighting games spin-offs or something...it doesn't happen too often, but it does sometimes... ...The reason why i put N'Sane Trilogy tier below is because it did original soundtracks dirty and ruined atmosphere somewhat, also collision boxes felt weird and all over the place, which affected platforming timing, like you could not mkae precise jump etc...kinda depth perception thing is way off in the remastered trilogy compared to the originals! But everything else is fine with remasters...

I get ya, that's understandable. If you want to play a beat em up, you'd play one rather than playing titans that turns a platformer series into a beat em up which is not what you play it for
