Now I have to say I’ve been using my slab city jigs wrong because I never knew about your retrieve technique, I hope I’m not the only one that didn’t know that. Great video . I'd love to find a spot like that. So I have a question about depth control. How do you keep your jig in the depth zone you want wien not using a bobber?

I either just slow reel or let the jig go to bottom and pop off the bottom. I do explain this in the video. Slow reel technique first, then I started to be more successful with popping jig off the bottom.

I am not sure if we have crappy here in Jamaica 🇯🇲

Post spawn. These crappie have just finished spawning. They get these scars from protecting beds from predator fish.
