Cranberry/Elderberry FERMENT Quick easy recipe! Immune booster all winter long!

This is a very quick and easy ferment recipe for an amazing seasonal immune boosting ferment! Step by step video.
1 lb cranberries
1/2 cup elderberries
1 orange
filtered water to fill jar
32 oz mason jar
2 Tbsp raw local honey or raw sugar
3 Tbsp sea salt
cinnamon stick
cloves(whole)
ginger(fresh or dried)
Put all goodness in the jar, stir and weight down with your orange peel. Put coffee filter over top with rubber band, place on a plate and set aside 4-8 weeks. The longer the better. Check daily to be sure all ingredients are still under water. The cranberries will swell so there may be leakage and need to change the filter. I suggest stirring daily the first week with a long wooden spoon or chop stick.
