Engels thinks to much. Sure it makes him a great communicator, and a fan favorite, but I believe he just needs to shut up and race. He does seem like a great guy though!

He needs to shut up and race? So what do you expect for him to say in interviews? Every athlete should be like marshawn lynch and say, “ im just here so I dont get fined?” Repeatedly over and over again. He was asked questions and he gave HONEST answers. Talking about ones struggles takes weight and pressure off someone’s back! This also helps others who care about him to reach out and show much needed support. Bottling things in is why people become extremely depressed and stressed. You gotta TALK and drop the baggage.

@@TheRealBrayoTv all good points, but sometimes you have to just "know" that you prepared properly, shun the cameras/media and not over-analyze/internalize everything. Having confidence and knowing you did everything possible can provide serenity and an ideal envirement to focus and succeed. This is not social-work.
