We picked this up as an end of season clearance Item. Turns out it's a really great blower! I don't know if they make these anymore, but I'm sure they make one just like it.

I work for Lowe's and see people bringing back craftsman products.
My dad had a B210. But it was made by Datsun. 😉 I hear the Redmax blowers are one of the best. Strong enough to move bricks.
Great review Erik! I had a little Homelight blower HB100 for close to 2p years before it finally stopped .. love these little things.
Have a similar blower made by STIHL. I was glad to see LOWES carry Craftsman tools after SEARS went outta business.

stihl are some good units, but this one was decent for the price
Sweet. Love the bug!
Had a Datsun B210 back in the 70s
They still have them, the price was $79, i think. I see the reviews are not the best. Are this blower just for left handed ?

My wife used it and she is a righty. She had no issues. The biggest tip I can give for any of these is to use good fuel and fuel stabilizer. The carbs/engines are so small that they can get gunked up easy
seen this model on markeplace tonight for $2o and hope i get it . post said it wouldn't start but im sure with a carb kit from walbro carburetor and non eth fuel it'll be back right were it left off so i appreciate this video and hey , leave a comment if that yellow aircooled vw is ever up for sale . its in excellent shape ! If not Take GOOD care of it !

I think you are right about the carb, if they let it sit for too long they get gummed up- I did just sell that VW- went to a girl and her dad who drove it all the way to GA

this is what happens when videos com cross my youtube feed too late. really liked that car but glad it lives on but not in the rust belt . im from the carloinas. yeah that ethonal gas will mess up gaskets , traffic jam fuel veins and ports and gum up the needle and seat. some wont agree but ive never had any issues using true fuel or non-eth gas from a service station. was that vw a '74 car ?
The power equipment center in my area in central cal which sells and service the pro brands like Husqvarna, Echo, Stihl and others don’t bother with Craftsman... no parts or service offered. I’d rather just pay more and have better quality units on hand and use the crafties strictly as spares or auxiliaries. Good review in a fair quality piece of equipment.

I own many husqvarna items but this one was very good. Good budget item
3:42 I like to idle engines for a bit when first starting. Probably makes no difference. BTW, what year is the 13' Whaler? I had a 1969
Are 2 cycle air polluters still legal?
Now a year later. Any problems with it?

None! It worked great blowing leaves this past fall.
I always stay away from alcohol fortified gasoline. I honestly don’t know why exactly as I’ve never researched the matter but the professionals who I know who use 2 strokers always insist on straight 89 + octane.
Mine is not starting. It’s brand new too

Sometimes there is a fuel switch or on off switch that needs to be turned to on- Sometimes the cap on the spark plug is not set well and it just needs to be reconnected. I hope you are able to get it working

Inflation is no joke- next year it might be $199
I’m really surprised that anything 2 cycle is legal. Those produce a lot of smoke. I had something called a Lawn Boy and it had a 2 cycle motor. It was a huge pain in the backside to start and a bigger problem to operate. It made a lot of smoke. And leaf blowers are really stupid unless you really know what you’re doing with them. You have to wet those leaves down when you’re finished with the leaf blowing or they will all blow back. Pick them up with a broom or rake and just remove them.

The collective exhausts from 2 cycle engines in the USA each 24 hour day isn’t likely more that 1 single large shipping / cargo vessel during the same duration. Back to the topic at hand...
He used his pocket knife then closed it and just laid it on the ground. This is an example of no respect for your tools. He should have put it in his pocket.
