Great channel and awesome seltzer information. Video motivated me to give this a try for my garage bar keezer and to subscribe. Any suggestions for creating a Pina Colada flavored seltzer?

Thank you for checking out the channel and the feedback!! Glad you stopped by. Pina Colada seltzer sounds fantastic, I might try it myself after hearing how it turns out for you! For coconut, I would try adding shredded coconut at the end of the boil or tossing it in after primary fermentation. I've seen people get a nice hint of coconut in beer both in flavor and aroma at around 1/4 to 1/2lb per gallon, but this might differ slightly for seltzer. Bonus points for toasted coconut? For pineapple, you could chuck it in the fermenter after primary is done, but keep in mind you're going to need to cold crash and possibly filter depending on how much pineapple you use. When I used pineapple in one of my seltzers, I pureed it in a sanitized food processor, and dumped it in after primary with good results. Sidenote: If used in beer, you'd have to worry about bromelain which is such an effective in reducing proteins (like those that help with head retention) it is used as a meat tenderizer. With seltzer this is not much of a concern, but bromelain would have been denatured in the canning process if using canned pineapple anyways. The last piece here might be the rum flavor. You could add a bit of rum to your keg, try a sample and repeat until its where you want it.
