    Beautiful piece! How did you remove the pendant from its support? Wasn't the cured enamel stuck to the support?

    Very precise sawing! How thick was the piece? Also, it looks like you have enamelled the bail too! Doesn't the wet enamel tend to drip off?

    The finished product ends up between 2-3mm thick? And I havent enameled the bail here, but it is totally possible. They make an enamel adhesive that you can pain on, then apply the dry enamel too. It then burns off as the glass melts and fuses to the metal.

    Sorry, i just saw your question! Its a thin sheet of mica. The enamel doesn't stick to it.
