Crafting a Crafting System: How We Make Minecraft - Episode 2

Ойындар

Crafting - it’s what made our species great! Well, that and the opposable thumb, but we’re still not sure about adding that to Minecraft... Ok, good point. But, how come we put in 6 blocks in the crafting bench to get 4 stairs out of it? All we're doing it taking a corner out of the block, and someone we come up with less? Actually, with the extra notches, we should have 8 stairs. MINECRAFT HELP MY OCD

HYPE EDIT: OMFG SOMEONE SAW THIS AND SUGGESTED IT TO TECHNOBLADE! TECHNOBLADE USED THE THING I FOUND! I MAY NOT HAVE GOTTEN ANY CREDIT BUT THE SHEER VALIDATION GRANTED FROM THAT IS ENOUGH! THIS IS JUST DJSUDNBDJC- Mojang: Minecraft recipes are easy and intuitive Fireworks: Firework stars have the requirement of at least one dye and one gunpowder. To change the shape you may add a gold nugget for a star, a feather for burst, any head for a creeper face, or a fire charge for a large ball. Additionally, glowstone dust may be added to produce a twinkle effect, and a diamond may be added for a trail effect. The two may also be added together for both effects. After you craft the star, if you can put it in a crafting grid with another dye to make said star fade to that color. After that fireworks may be crafted without the star, however they will not explode and will just go up into the air and disappear (though this is very useful for elytra, as fireworks with stars do damage). All fireworks must contain at least one gunpowder and 1 paper, however up to 7 stars, and up to 2 additional gunpowder may be added. Adding stars means that all stars added will explode together when the fireworks goes off, and increases the damage done when fired out of a firework crossbow doing up to 18 damage on a direct hit to an unarmored player (6 to a player with full protection 4 netherite minus a chest plate for elytra) if combined with multi-shot (or damage done to yourself if you use them with elytra R.I.P.). And yes, the damage is done aoe so they are amazing for dealing with pigmen. Adding gunpowder will increase the duration the firework will travel before exploding. During this duration, you will actually be unable to land with elytra, however you will be kept at the rocket’s top speed. This makes duration 3 rockets very useful for long distance elytra travel, doing tricks in the air, and it allows you travel straight up for the length of the effect. Edit is for spelling and add some things I forgot btw
