I'm using explorer for couple of weeks. Whether v needs 2 put any oil for comfort ride. It seems to be some what hard 2 ride. It's new mtb, 2 weeks old. Any suggestion for smooth ride bro.

Hi, the tyre used in Cradiac Xplorer mtb is 29*2.40 nylon threaded tyres . And the bike has a suspension travel of 60mm

Hi , gunner pro would be comfortable if the terrain you are riding on is highways or in true city as it is a hybrid bike , but if you are riding on off-road conditions then go for Xplorer. As it is an MTB bike . Gunner pro is an alloy bicycle and xplorer is a stainless steel bike . Alloy frame bikes weighs much lesser .
I bought this bycicle on Cradiac website,I am 6feet person its very comfortable rides like buttery soft.but they sent me black color instead of gray
Bro which one is better 7 speed or 21 speed for daily use, I travel 5 to 6 km slightly ups and downs but not like mountain or off road

Bro trust me then go for single speed because my experience is same i bought 7 gears cycle and my gears are working very fine because now I'm hardly using it. I but you notice requirment of gears after 15 km because 1 after 1 week you'll not notice any difference or stress on your legs in 10 to 15 km whatever condition of your route

Samurai is 26 inch tyre, and also gear set is not shimano, cradiac Xplorer is 29 inch and gear set is shimano. If your healthy us above 172 cm you can go with cradiac Xplorer

It might be but do consider 27.5. 29 would be a bit large for that, but if you want you can still consider this cycle.

I have this cycle. The only drawback of this cycle was it's suspension. It is very bad as the suspension doesn't engages on bumpy roads.. Even my 26inch hero sprint has better suspension and engages pretty well in bumpy roads. Except suspension quality of explorer it is a prefect cycle.

Cradiac has upgraded the suspension with the Crome plated one and its working quite smoothly, if there is any problem with the bike you may please contact the Cradiac service team, you issue will be resolved.
