One of the best meals I've ever had was in a fine restaurant in St Augustine, FL. It was a grilled marinated tuna steak topped with deep fried shredded spinach like this, and was truly fantastic. I've never forgotten it. So thanks for this video, I'm whipping up the marinade now for the tuna steak and can't wait to try your spinach recipe as well.

I tried making it but it never crisped up. It was only soggy 😢 what went wrong?
