Here's a human exercise: Set a nice fire like this, prepare a nice meal, and just before dawn or dusk, just gather around, stare into the fire and have a silent meal. No distractions. Just you, the great outdoors, your fire, and your food. The first thing you will realize after a few minutes is how calm and peaceful things are. Then you will realize that without distractions, your food tastes better. You're savoring it. It has a larger part of attention than you ever give normal meals. You will start to self reflect, your mind will wander, but it won't get too far or race. All of this will culminate into feeling something you may not be able to put into words, and that feeling is this: In this moment your most basic needs as a human are met. You are content and at peace.

Of all the campfire videos or any fire videos I've ever seen, this one is my absolute favourite. Solid gold.

I felt really Blessed to walk in the rain get soak an wet and then come to warm House and and eat a delicious Lunch in Peace..and not be outside in soaking wet clothes freezing or catching a cold PRAISE GOD..Thank the Lord for your Roof ✨

this was so calming and relaxing. I was able to have one of the most mentally productive hours of my life just by lying in bed, closing my eyes, and listening to this amazing campfire with headphones on. I reflected on myself and how I can improve, thought of multiple things I am grateful for in life and why, and this even made doing my homework calming. I was able to brainstorm a bunch of ideas for my really stressful project, and I actually enjoyed doing it. one of the best videos hands down! I even shared the video, which is something I never do.

One of the most relaxing aspects of fire, that you sadly cant simulate online, is the warmth from the fire on your eye's. I remember my childhood we would go camping at the same spot every year next to the beach. The fire crackling mixed with the sounds of ocean waves create the most relaxing sensation imaginable. Use a small heater and dowse something in liquid smoke and you'll be good to go.

This is the kind of fire that I wish I could have everyday. If I could hike to a mountain like this in an hour or two I would be there everyday.

This is a good video. Most of the other fireplace videos have too much crackling and it sounds as if it has been enhanced so much it is no longer natural sounding.

That's a funny win-win-situation :)

All of this gives me a strange yet beautiful feeling, like you can see humanity's very core and it's a warm shining light that has been there for longer than we can imagine. It makes me think of our ancestors, sitting around a fire in a cave, the thunderstorm raging outside and yet the fire is crackling as always and you just know that it will be well, because deep down, humanity is good, connected by little things like rainstorms and a crackling fire. It's incredible to see how we take refugee in things like fire and storms, that used to scare us. But still we are connected, and when you close your eyes and relax, can you feel the warmth of everyone else that has listened to this? Can you feel the love I am sending your way through this message? Whoever you are out there.
