Henry Pascal true true, but i kinda dont want to customize the figure cause that arms look short for the body. The lenght of that arm looks the same as gambits.

So, I bought the recently released 3-pack Cyclops to take OFF the jacket and the arms, lol. The blue and yellow colors have a re-deco more accurate to the cartoon which is the look I want. Only problem is I need to find a figure with blue arms that match the new Cyclops. I'm thinking about an upcoming Deadpool figure with a blue costume that looks similar to Jim Lee's Cyclops. I know there is the standard Jim Lee figure but I don't like the tint of those colors as much.

@A B Bascally took a hair dryer to the torso for a minute or two and with either a box cutter or X-acto knife begin to split a wedge at the arm pit. Do it slow and carefully and you can pop the torso apart. Being careful is key since you'll want to snap it back together but probably will need some glue on the inside as well. I'd recommend practicing on a sacrificial figure.

@@JeminiThaBard I found the recipe! Buy the Cyclops/Phoenix 2-pack Cyclops and Spider-Man UK. Take the Spider-Man forearms off and swap them. The cuffs will have to come from a Deadpool figure or anything with them and will need some touch up yellow paint. Pop off the boots and swap the other parts.

You can't leave this guy alone with an action figure and box cutters for long before he starts getting creative. Well done he looks good. How are you doing in the Acba tournament is it still on? My money is on you lol

You can pretty much do this with any figure. I've done it to older Marvel Legends, Star Wars, WWE, etc.

Be careful on the Black Ant body mold that is several other characters as well it doesn't have and exterior pegs to crack it's all held in by that box that holds the shoulders. I used to crack modern Joes all the time they always had pegs too.

Sorry, it was super easy, I didn't think to do so.. Pull the arms back all the way, with his forearms bending inward towards his back (like he's getting cuffed by the police). Peel back the jacket over the shoulders one at a time. You can also heat it up with a blow dryer or warm water to help soften up the rubber jacket.
