What about cream of mushroom, I don’t eat meat... will it change the taste?

I’m not a fan of cream of chicken. I’m gonna try the cream of mushroom instead, I love it in casseroles. Thanks for the idea.

This is almost exactly how I make my hash browns. Crm of mushroom is what I use and it will be good
