How thick is the dope?

The steel packer is going through the crack. Does the black (Expandable) part of the packer has the ability to diffuse the resin?

The rubber part functions as a seal in order to be able to build up and maintain appropriate injection pressure. There is no resin flowing out from the rubber gasket only at the packer end.

Dear Jonson A you can tighten the injection ports (packer) with a power drill adapter as well. However, injection ports are sensitive to over torque, and the power drill adapter should be used be experienced workers only. Best regards Max Frank Group

Yes, there is a possibility to position the injection access directly on a crack. To do this, make sure that the packer is really positioned in the crack (at the end) to ensure that the resin goes into the crack. In addition, it is suggested that the crack be closed between the packers to create enough pressure to fill the entire crack. This is not the usual way because it is very difficult to make sure that the crack is hit at the end of the packer - you cannot see into the concrete. How do you know the location of the cracks?

Either the crack is leaking, then the location is self-evident. In general, you will inject cracks that are wider than the crack width that will self-heal through lime leaching. Typical rang for maximum design crack width is 0,15 to 0,4 mm. Therefore, all cracks that require injection will be readily visible.

Hi Hector! It is a little bit depending on when you use what raisin: If you have already a leak with running water you use "Intectin® Blitz" this stops the water and is more like "foam". After that, you use "Intectin® PUR or Intectin® EP to fill the crack to have it repaired. Think about Intec as the only house that could be used several times. I install and do injection for 100-200 packers per day. Sometimes more. This is not possible using such a pump and spinning each packer manually.
