I would like to repair a three foot running crack on a sloped driveway. I'm assuming the crack runs through the appox. 4" depth. The concrete has PEX tubing running through the pad. I believe one loop crosses the crack. The concrete is also laid on top of XPS board insulation. It appears that this product is suited for the crack/structure repair, but I'm not sure if it would work with the PEX and XPS. Will the epoxy resin damage those materials?

hello, I have an unreinforced concrete wall that is structural and carrying the upper floor slab and walls , it cracked due to settlement in the foundation , there are horizontal , 45 degrees and vertical cracks , the wall is 30 cm wide and the crack vary from 3 ml to 15 ml in thickness at the most . the crack is passing all the way through the wall to the external surface , what would be the best sika product to apply / inject into the wall to repair it ?

you would gravity feed this into floor cracks? No backer rod or sand to catch it?

Hi Evan. It depends on the application. But in general, yes, gravity feed or this low pressure application with the cartridge. But I would imagine that your proposed procedure would work as well.

Home Depot is listed as a supplier in the Spokane Washington area but they do not carry the product for cement wall repair. Can it be ordered on line?

How many crack sealant can I buy for 42m long cracks (three in number) with maximum 3mm opening and 100mm in depth?

Does the concrete tank need to be empty and dry before application.

Hello and thanks for your message. One cannot inject it into standing water. As soon as the tank is empty, it can be injected, also concrete can be wet (must not be completely dry) it can be mat damp, but not glistering as mentioned in the PDS. Do not apply onto wet, glistening substrates or into wet cracks. Contact Sika Technical Services for alternative products. ▪ Not for injection of cracks subjected to osmotic or hydrostatic pressure during application.

Where can I get this in the Philippines? And this only works for cracks that are flat surfaces and are not on edges of the room. Any remedy for corner cracks?

Where do you buy this? I checked many hardware stores and they have the crack kit, but it’s for waterproofing and not a “crack repair”. I’ve also seen individual bottles of sikadur, but not as a whole “kit”

Dear Saugat, Thank you for contacting us. It may be used for Honeycombs in case there are some cracks visible; to close these cracks. But in case of a Honeycombs in general, we recommend a cementitious repair mortar. For honeycombs we have some repair kits like the “Sika Cosmetic”. Kindly get in contact with the local Sika team.

Dear Ryan. It can be used for various leakage. However, it cannot be injected into standing water, for example into a concrete wall where the water is still flowing because it cannot displace water. @@SikaGroup Did you guys change the product in the last few years? I have your kit which I was about to use but it is a PU product not epoxy and many of the accessories look different. For instance, it comes with mortar but this one in the video seems to come with more of a sealer. Also the plugs are different. This is the one I have -- can.sika.com/en/do-it-yourself/concrete-masonryrepairproducts/crack-repairs/sikafix.html -- I don't see this one pictured in the video on your site . I'm in Canada so maybe the PU product is the only one you sell?
