CPU 3D Fractal Zoom - Spiral Motion!
Ғылым және технология
Check out my 3D printed fractals! www.shapeways.com/shops/3Dfrac...
Enjoy this neverending zoom at the surface of a 3D mechanical/industrial fractal. Can you spot scale self-similarity?
Made with Mandelbulb3D, the wonderful 3D fractal generator and raytracer by Jesse. Please visit fractalforums.com to download it www.fractalforums.com/index.ph...
This is an inside view of a hybrid fractal: SierpHilbert + _ReciprocalX2
Total render time: 5 days on a core i7 2600
4550 frames in 1920x1080 with 2x2 antialiasing
Assembled in VirtualDub
Music: Tape (Prins Thomas Bogus Bonus Mix) - 2020 Soundsystem

this is like one of those horrible dreams where you are running somewhere but you never get anywhere.
interesting structures with a lot of asymmetry in it. i'm amazed of all the possibilities of those fractal generators
really wanted a cpu fractal would kill to see more cpu fractals.
Thanks for going full hog with 1080p on this one eventhough it was CPU. The result looks great.
The way the amount of details just keeps growing really hypnotizes me
Wow, kind of like the universe from galaxy clouds to atomic structures, except in all technological right angles, instead of tunnels and circles. It seems to say the entire universe is changing or progressing aesthetically from a circle based formation into a right angled based formation.
Cool fractal. Keep em coming.
I wanted to see the internals of that shape so badly! You've got some great params here, they look really fun, and great fog lighting towards the edges of the screen.
WOW, COOL VISUALS.
I agree that those nice delicate structures need exploration. :D
As always great animation!
Great camera motion, smooth and consistant zoom and flow. Clean render as well especially at 2XAA HD and RX2 can take some time!!! You must have one sys for rendering and another for everything else :)
I would have asked for that anyways, if i wasn't really sure that my hardware is way to weak for this whole 3d-fractal Story.
reminds me of an old video game i use to play lol
i almost got sick watching this! crazy!
Awesome!
Great work as ussual! It must be tricky to make a flight path while you animate the fractal settings? Do you know if there is anyway that you can export the mandebulb camera position data? it would be great to use this cam data by importing it into aftereffects inorder to add other composite ellements.
Amazing! How did you do the smooth rotating camera animation in MB3D?
Have you ever tried to render just "one zoom", and loop it indefinitely? Must be hard to do with M3D cam i guess
GREAT!
what formula did you use to create these amazing machine fractals!
can someone answer me what the importance of fractals are? I only got into this because of how it resembles the psychedelic experience (infinite loop kind of feeling)
Great!!
Very nice... :o)
But I'll give it a try. Do you net an e-mail address? I visited the downloadlink in the description, but im sure which one should i take? any tips?
I imagine this is what schizophrenia must feel like.
@bib993 too bad.. still its a great piece of software. thx for the quick response man. By the way, did you happen to see my first mandelbulb test flight? I've uploaded it a couple of hours ago.. check it out. cheers.
I just want to go to work!
sensacional
Why don't you zoom in one of those more fragile looking structures which are in those abysses? They look more interesting to me ;)
fuck this is seriously like salvia..all this 3d fractal zoom but still not the best interpretation just sharing good work !
May I have permission to use it in a dirivitive work and resell for free without attributing credit, or is this just entertainment??? Please what is your licence on this.
Well... i don't really want to get into something new right now, maybe later.
how is it you keep falling, but never get any closer? man that's fucked up

That's what makes fractals so amazing.
@bib993 : lazy mode on : link? ^^
interesting
From all the fractal art I've seen, this is my favorite. Try to add Blade Runner music by Vangelis.
