Like, every "hamstrings and glutes day" has different exercises etc. Also, do you usually do warm-up sets? Thanks ahead ❤

Hi!! Thank you!! And yes the exercise selection changes week to week to keep things fun but I do the same compound lifts over time just in different orders and I switch up the accessory exercises and supersets! It’s all in my app! Highly recommend doing the free trial to see how you like it!!

I personally don’t train abs specifically! I just brace and engage my core through all that I do!!!
